By accessing the restricted services on this Site with your username and password, you acknowledge your business' participation in the Accelerated Payment Program ('Program'), meaning inter alia that you consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to our server in the USA (regardless whether we have collected such data on this Site or through other administration of the Program) and to our use of such Personal Data for the purposes of administering the Program for your business.

We will not collect any Personal Data directly on this Site unless you provide it to us through our 'Contact Us' form or unless such data is obtainable and identifiable to you individually through our use of cookies (see below).

To the extent that you submit Personal Data to us concerning persons who are not immediately privy to this Privacy Policy (e.g. employee contact names), you represent and warrant to us in submitting such data you have obtained their consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

c. Use of Personal Data

We will process Personal Data now or in the future in order to respond to your enquiries with us (including directly marketing the Program to your business if that is the nature of your enquiry) and to administer the Program (including, for example, providing electronic remittance advices, invoice status inquiries and other restricted services reserved for registered users of this Site, generally servicing your business' account with us off this Site, determining business and marketing strategies, and developing and implementing improvements to this Site and to the Program).

We may also need to disclose your Personal Data to others upon request of law enforcement authorities or when required to do so by law or legal process.

d. Cookies
